The biggest rosttes were about 10/12 cm. There were a lot of seedlings, also the small plants had already a little stem.

Mieke, this would fit the description : Leaves to 7 cm long. I have just seen the dried inflorescence on your first photo - a spike as indicated for E. montana - I think your name is correct.
