Brisa, it is certainly an Echeveria, but to know whether it is a species or a hybrid we would need the flowers. I do not think it is the species gibbiflora, rather a hybrid.

it looks very similar to that plant, a hybrid, probably with gigantea as a parent. It has been wrongly distributed as a species from Peru.
