Sempervivum Tectorum ? ID ?

Hello,
I have one plant that I am not sure 100% what exactly is.
What I think is that it could be:
Crassulaceae > Sempervivum > Tectorum > Tectorum.
Description:
- leaf length: 32 - 42 mm
- leaf width: 12 - 17 mm
- leaf border with sharp spikes like little needles (a dehidrated leaf can hurt unprotected hand/fingers)
- upper leaf surface: smooth and silky soft
- backside leaf surface: smooth and silky soft with soft spikes
- leaf color from saturated pure green to reddish/brick top of the leaf (not all the time)
- flowers : not flowering yet
- age: 2 - 3 y.

Please assist me to identify it

Your Soil is bad, use gravels And keep your plant in full sun and outdoor

Hello Chromaphyo,

Thank you for your advice about the soil. I will take care to put new one gravels.
I keep the plant at full daylight 100%, but I have no chance to put it outdoor.
Any idea of what sub type this Sempervivum is? I know you said unknown.
How shoud I make it flowering?

It' a cultivar but not a pure tectorum. You offer poor conditions for this plant (bad soil and indoor cultivation) and it's difficult to give a name.
Grow this semp in good soil ( 1/2 gravels + 1/2 garden soil)) and outside. Your plant is normally not entirely green and give offsets in the spring and maybe flowers in July-August.
